Comprised of community members and executives from North Canyon Medical Center that are responsible to oversee our operations.

The North Canyon Board of Directors is comprised of community members and executives from the hospital. The board members are the fiduciaries who steer North Canyon towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical and legal governance and financial management policies. They ensure North Canyon has adequate resources to advance our mission: Powered by excellence, we are growing a medical organization that serves our communities.

The board is responsible for adopting comprehensive bylaws, reviewing and approving the annual budget, reviewing monthly financial data, implementing policies and procedures, as well as the development, implementation and monitoring of our strategic plan.
