Health Fair Panel
Pre-Registration Cost - $45 | Same Day Registration Cost - $60
A broad blood screening panel that evaluates organ function and checks for conditions including coronary heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, and kidney disease. Hemoglobin A1c included. 12-hour fast required.
PSA
Pre-Registration Cost - $15 | Same Day Registration Cost - $20
A prostate cancer screening test for males. Recommended for men 40 and over.
