Whether you are a new parent or experienced in child-rearing, there will always be questions and concerns about what is best for the young ones in your life. From infancy to adolescence, every stage is filled with surprises - but the quality of your family’s healthcare shouldn’t be one of them.

PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-registration is open between April 1st and April 30th. Those who pre-register will receive significantly discounted rates on panels and screenings. We'll be accepting walk-ins at all of the Health Fair locations as well. We hope to see you there!

Low-Cost Testing and Screening for a Variety of Health Conditions.

Our Annual Family Health Fair brings in quite the crowd for those seeking low cost blood draws and screenings for heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney disease, and more. North Canyon Medical Center is proud to play a vital role in keeping our community healthy and hope you’ll join us.

Lab Specials for Adults & Children

Health Fair Panel | $45.00*
A broad screening tool to evaluate organ function and check for conditions such as a coronary heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney disease. Hemoglobin A1c now included in panel. 12 hour fast required.

PSA | $15.00*
A screening test for males to detect prostate cancer. (Recommended for men 40 and over)

* These are pre-registration prices. Walk-in prices are $60 for the Health Fair Panel and $20 for the PSA.

Pre Register

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE DISCOUNT

Day-of registration prices increase from $45 to $60, and $15 to $20, respectively. Children 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration fees are non-refundable.
