COVID Vaccine & Booster Clinics
North Canyon Network of Care offers three convenient locations for you to get your COVID-19 vaccine and booster. The CDC recommends anyone 12 years of age or older be vaccinated against COVID-19 and as your community healthcare partner, we too strongly recommend the vaccine.
This vaccine is free and for your convenience, we offer walk-in appointments, or you can schedule an appointment for a time that works best for you. In addition to the vaccine, please continue your effort of social distancing, wearing masks and hand washing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Influenza, Strep and other viruses. Working together we can keep our communities safe.
