I provide trauma-informed therapy and consulting for children, adults, families and professionals that are navigating emotional, behavioral and relational challenges. My work integrated evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, Attachment-Focused Care, TF-CBT, DBT, Somatic-informed treatment and Developmental approaches for both children and adults, tailored to each client’s needs.
With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in behavioral and mental health across a vast range of emotional, developmental, relational and trauma-related concerns, including but not limited to trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, narcissistic abuse, personality disorders, women’s behavioral health, betrayal trauma, and child and family systems. My approach is compassionate, structured and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.
