Biography

Known for her compassionate, team-based approach, Alicia prioritizes listening, empathy, and patient-centered care. With years of experience as a Physician Assistant, she is deeply committed to helping individuals improve their overall health and well-being while finding practical, lasting solutions for healthier living. She believes that movement is medicine and approaches patient care with a strong foundation in fitness, nutrition, and prevention. Drawing from her background as a personal trainer and her Bachelor of Science degree, she views regular exercise and a healthy diet as the first line of treatment for many physical and mental health conditions. From there, she works collaboratively with patients to build sustainable routines and explore additional treatment options tailored to their individual needs. Having grown up in the community she now serves, Alicia brings a genuine connection and deep investment in the well-being of her patients, treating each person with care, respect, and a shared goal of better health. She is inspired by the words of Herophilus: “When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot become manifest, strength cannot be exerted, wealth is useless, and reason is powerless.” This philosophy underscores her dedication to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health.
