I joined North Canyon Medical Center in April, 2014. I’m originally from Logan, Utah and I attended Utah State University, which ultimately led me to a Masters of Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota. I started in healthcare on the clinical side while pursuing interests in physical therapy and then transitioned to the administrative side. While working for a number of healthcare organizations throughout the country, I realized that I enjoyed the lifestyle in the West and wanted to find an organization that reconnected me to the personal touch of healthcare. My family and I reside in Gooding, Idaho and we enjoy being active with sports, music, and the outdoors.

Mr. Campos joined North Canyon Network of Care in 2025 as a member of the executive team with much enthusiasm to oversee operations in various departments throughout the healthcare system. Mr. Campos selected North Canyon due to the organization's dedication to its mission, vision, and living its core values. For the last 20 years, Mr. Campos has been leading healthcare teams throughout the Mountain West in both for-profit and non-profit healthcare companies. This is his second healthcare executive role in Idaho, and he is grateful to be back in the Gem State to serve with an amazing team centered on excellence.
Mr. Campos holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Economics and Business; a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Minnesota, and completed an Executive Fellowship program with Providence (St. Joseph Health ).
In his spare time, he is heavily involved in the outdoors and participates in the best recreational activities the Mountain West has to offer. During the summer months, it isn't uncommon to find him exploring the Idaho lakes with his sweetheart, their two beagle dogs, and some good friends, wake surfing under the stars. In addition, Mr. Campos is a board member for a couple of non-profit organizations to assist in their business strategy, organizational development, and fundraising.

My adventure with North Canyon Medical Center started in 2014 and it has been an amazing ride. The growth of the organization has brought with it many challenges, which I believe were important steppingstones to prepare me for the CNO position. Expanding my skills and knowledge throughout this journey has always been of importance to me. I have a Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Science Nursing Informatics from Western Governor University. My expertise is in both the EMR and clinical side of nursing and I enjoy mentoring my staff and assisting with conflict management and mitigation. In my tenure at North Canyon, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of nursing roles including LPN in Family Medicine, Clinical IT, RN in the Medical-Surgical and Emergency Departments, and as Nurse Manager prior to being named CNO. I am proud to be part of this wonderful organization and look forward to being part of its continued success and growth.

Mr. Wilson joined North Canyon Network of Care in 2022 and leads many of the administrative departments for our growing organization. He has spent the past twenty-five years in financial management roles at a variety of different companies, both privately held and publicly traded. Wilson obtained a Bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University, while playing collegiate soccer for the Cougars, and then completed a Masters in Business Administration in Finance at San Diego State University.
Outside of the work environment, he has been privileged to be a youth sports coach for over 20 years and has served on multiple community boards. Mr. Wilson and his wife have enjoyed raising their three children in the amazing state of Idaho.

Joining North Canyon in 2014, I began in the Patient Financial Services department, where I worked in various roles. The experience and opportunities North Canyon has provided me for growth and development have been foundational in my career. My passion for celebrating, empowering, and helping people reach their potential is what ultimately lead me to Human Resources. Once committing myself to this path, I then earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management with a minor in Workplace Training from Idaho State University. I also earned my Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional credentials and actively participate in the Snake River SHRM Chapter.
Adjacent to my work-life, I spend my home-life adventuring with my husband. Sports have played a huge role in both of our lives and we still make time for that enthusiasm. Whether personally participating, watching, coaching, or going to support family, the time is well spent. With two bonus sons in college and one at home, the balance of time and attention between them and work has become second nature and each facilitates a deeper understanding of the other.

Joining the North Canyon team in April 2021 was the culmination of several goals for me and my family. Included in those goals was being part of a community and a care team focused on providing high quality care for rural communities. I started my healthcare career after completing master’s degrees in business and healthcare administration. As an intern and then leader at a startup called Health Catalyst, I learned the value of data analytics and process improvement. Just prior to joining North Canyon, I worked for the University of Utah managing two primary care practices and a large multi-specialty practice, where I developed a respect for the life changing care physicians and their teams can provide. I’m grateful to be part of an organization like North Canyon that is focused on our patients and powered by excellence. My wife grew up in Dietrich, ID, not too far from the medical center. We have three children who love sports and the outdoors. I am a fly-fishing enthusiast and enjoy training and hunting over bird dogs.
