Meet Dr. Verst

Biography

Dr. David Verst is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and medical expertise to address virtually any spine condition that comes through the door. Board-certified and university-trained, Verst brings over 21 years of experience to North Canyon. A graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1995, Verst completed his 5-year Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Akron General Medical Center in 2000 and completed his Spine Fellowship at San Francisco Spine Institute. He was in private practice since 2001 before joining North Canyon.

Dr. Verst enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking and swimming. He swims for Zenergy Master Swim Team and has competed in several Master National competitions. He also enjoys his horses, animals and woodworking when he is not operating on the spine.
